The Facility
Our cageless facility was designed specifically for dogs, with safety being our number one priority.  No expense was spared and we do not rely on gimmicks which compromise the safety of the dogs in our care.  We offer 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, constant supervision, and an experienced staff (the owners have 12 years of experience working in dog daycares!), assuring that your furry children will feel right at home with us!  Our outdoor space is fenced with solid vinyl fencing to ensure that no dog is able to climb or dig their way out.  Dogs can easily climb chain link fencing.  We also have a large grassy area for your pets to play on! Our play areas are heated and air-conditioned, and the only kennels at Pet Me Scratch Me are for timeouts.  We also have a separate play area for small/shy/senior dogs.  In the play areas, you will find a variety of play equipment including toys, tunnels, agility jumps, and kiddie pools.  We also have lots of sofas and beds for the dogs to rest on when they get tired!

Why us?
In addition to our top notch facility we are by far the most experienced in the area with over 12 years of experience.  We are the only daycare in the area who properly staffs the facility ensuring that the pack is never left unsupervised and that the correct ratio of dogs to people is always upheld.  Our ability to keep all of the dogs in our care safe and happy is what truly separates us from the competition.  We encourage you to check with any of the vets in the area about our stellar reputation for safety.  As anyone who has a furry child can attest to, compromising on the safety of your pet by bringing them someplace with a bad reputation is just not worth it.  Many of our clients can attest to the fact that they and their pets are treated like family rather than just customers.

    The Owners
    Stace & Stacy

Stace and Stacy Spencer opened Pet Me Scratch Me in January of 2006.  Stace is a graduate of the Brown Institute in Minneapolis and Stacy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  Stacy has worked in the Dog Daycare Industry for over 10 years and has had the fortune to work in multiple dog daycares including a successful chain in Madison, WI and a daycare in Missoula, MT.  She has also volunteered her time to work with animals at the Coulee Region Humane Society and the Basset Rescue of Montana.  Since her first day working in dog daycare, Stacy has wanted to bring her experience with pack behavior and her passion for dogs to an area whose doggy population would greatly benefit from all the positive things that daycare has to offer.

Both Stace and Stacy are certified in Pet First Aid & CPR through the American Red Cross and have a great working relationship with West Salem Veterinary Clinic, enabling them to give the Pet Me Scratch Me pack the very best of care.  In addition to their love for dogs, you will not find a more knowledgeable, experienced, and caring staff to watch over your dog in this unique type of playing environment.

Owning Pet Me Scratch Me has been a very rewarding and wonderful experience for Stace and Stacy and they look forward to serving the four-legged children of the Coulee Region for years to come!
